Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries
The course is designed to train and educate the general diving public in the techniques of using oxygen as first aid for a suspected dive injury. In addition, this course will introduce novice divers to the fundamentals of recognizing diving injury warning signs, response and management. This program also provides an excellent opportunity for experienced divers and instructors to continue their education. [more]

Oxygen First Aid for Aquatic Emergencies
This course represents training designed to educate the public to recognize possible aquatic related injuries and to provide emergency oxygen first aid while activating the local emergency medical services (EMS) and / or arranging for evacuation to the nearest medical facility.

Advanced Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries
This program is designed to (1) Demonstrate how to assemble and prepare the Manually Triggered Ventilator (MTV) and Bag Valve Mask (BVM); (2) State the benefits of using the Manually Triggered Ventilator (MTV) and Bag Valve Mask (BVM) for a non-breathing diver; (3) Demonstrate how to provide Oxygen First Aid with the MTV resuscitator on a breathing and non-breathing diverDemonstrate how to provide Oxygen First Aid with the Bag Valve Mask to a non-breathing diver. First Aid for Hazardous Marine Life Injuries
The objectives of this course are to train and educate the general diving public and interested non-divers in the first aid techniques for a suspected hazardous marine life injury. In addition, this course will introduce divers to the identification of potentially hazardous marine life and how to avoid hazardous marine life injuries. This program also provides an excellent opportunity for experienced divers and instructors to continue their education. [more]

Automated External Defibrillators for Scuba Diving
This course represents entry-level training designed to educate the general diving (and qualified non-diving) public to better recognize the warning signs of Sudden Cardiac Arrest and administer first aid using Basic Life Support techniques and Automated External Defibrillators while activating the local emergency medical services, (EMS) and / or arranging for evacuation to the nearest appropriate medical facility. Basic Life Support for Dive Professionals
This is a is a professional-level basic life support program designed to teach advanced skills to dive professionals, divers who find themselves in remote situations where emergency help is not immediately available and interested others who are involved with diving. [more]

Diving Emergency Management
Divers and dive professionals interested in understanding first aid care for dive emergencies can now take this course. This single program integrates the knowledge and skills from several DAN Training Programs into a single eight-hour day. The Diving Emergency Management Provider course includes: Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries, First Aid for Hazardous Marine Life Injuries, Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for Scuba Diving and Advanced Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries.
